Founded by a Billing Professional
Maximum Billing was founded in 2018 by Gina Abrotsky-Salvatore, CPCS, MHT, who brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in insurance billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle management for dental and behavioral health practices. She built the company around a simple idea: practices deserve a billing partner who works their claims as carefully as they treat their patients.
Our Team
Maximum Billing is a team of six, made up of certified billing and coding specialists. Our office is in Fort Myers, Florida, and our team works remotely, which is how we support practices in twelve states. Every client works with people who know their payers, their software, and their practice, not a rotating queue.
Who We Work With
We work with therapy group practices, individual therapists, and general dental offices, from a single clinician to a multi-state therapy group. Because we keep our client list focused, each practice gets close attention to its claims, its denials, and its reporting.
Where We Work
From our Fort Myers office, we bill for practices in twelve states: Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas. Each state has its own Medicaid rules, payer mix, and licensing requirements, and we work within them for every client.
The Systems We Work In
We work inside the practice management and EHR systems our clients already use, rather than asking anyone to switch. These include SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Sessions Health, and InSync for behavioral health practices, and Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental for dental offices.
Results We Track
We measure our work the same way we ask our clients to measure theirs. As of 2026, our clean claim rate across current clients is 91%, and average days in accounts receivable is 34. We track these numbers, along with denial reasons and collections, for every client.
